Dr. Aziz is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has practiced ophthalmology in a wide range of settings since July 1997. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons, and has performed thousands of surgeries for cataracts, corneal diseases, glaucoma and refractive procedures.

Cornea / External Disease
Dr. Aziz is fellowship-trained in cornea transplant surgery and treatment of infectious, allergic and dry eye disease.
Glaucoma
We diagnose and treat glaucoma using the latest technology, medical and laser therapies, including the SLT laser.

We perform routine eye examinations and treat a wide variety of eye conditions.

Individual plans within each carrier may vary, and it is possible that we may not accept all of the plans of the carriers listed above. In addition, this is a constantly evolving list and there are additional plans not listed that we accept now or will in the near future. At the time you make your appointment, we will verify your coverage.
We will bill your insurance for you and act as your advocate in the event of any dispute with your carrier. We maintain several staff members for this purpose. Please note, however, as is the case in all doctors’ offices, your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your carrier. The responsibility for payment ultimately falls on you, the patient.
